Age and qualification guidance

Published Yashaswi guidance describes different criteria for different apprenticeship schemes:

NAPS — published guide
Age range shown: 14–35 years, with minimum age 18 for hazardous work. Listed qualification categories include ITI, Class 12, graduates and freshers from any stream.
NATS — published guide
Age range shown: 16–35 years. Listed qualification categories include diploma and graduate candidates.

These are provider-published guide details, not universal eligibility rules. Actual age, qualification, trade, duration, stipend and registration requirements must be checked against current scheme rules and the specific opportunity.

WILP — Work-Integrated Learning Programme

Learn. Work. Earn. Develop.

Work-Integrated Learning combines workplace experience with structured education or training. Participants develop practical skills while learning how knowledge is applied in a working environment.

Potential programme features

  • Workplace experience combined with structured learning.
  • Industry-aligned curricula and relevant practical skills.
  • Support from trainers and workplace supervisors where provided.
  • Assessments and learning milestones defined by the selected programme.

Age and qualification guidance

Yashaswi Skills Ltd publishes the following criteria for its own Learn & Earn programme:

Diploma pathway
Age 18–35 years; Class 10 pass, Class 12 pass or ITI.
Advanced Diploma pathway
Age 18–35 years; diploma or undergraduate qualification.

These are Yashaswi programme criteria, not universal Distil WILP criteria. Distil's public pages do not establish one age limit or qualification range for every WILP programme. Confirm age, qualification, duration, stipend, fees and qualification awarded for each specific programme before registration.
